Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to calculate your HQI score: your name, email, and read-only access tokens from connected services (ABC ID, ORCID, GitHub, LinkedIn, UPI aggregator, Google Drive). We never request write permissions.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to compute your ViSE HQI score and generate personalised AI insights. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. API data from connected sources is processed in-memory and only summary scores are stored.
Data Storage
We store score snapshots, Helix activity logs, and manual entries in an encrypted MySQL database hosted in India. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain data for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion.
Third-Party Services
We use OpenAI GPT-4o for insight generation. Data sent to OpenAI is limited to your anonymised HQI dimension scores and selected IKS principles. We use Google OAuth for authentication — subject to Google's privacy policy.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@ivirth.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You may also export your score history and logs from your Profile page.
